I have been looking forward to meeting these little guys since I did mom’s maternity session last May. They sure keep mom and dad busy, but were such sweet little babies.

This little guy has the most amazing blue eyes. I’ll bet he’s going to be a heart-breaker when he gets older. But for now he’s a busy, busy toddler. He definitely made me work for those closeups, but it certainly was worth it to capture his sweet face.

Modeling on the Beach

We just got back from a week in the sunny Caribbean, cruising with Mickey. We brought some brand new Ollie Girl designs with us to model on the beach. Now we’re back in Virginia and I’m spending time getting caught up on everything I missed. Thank you to my wonderful clients for your patience while I was gone!

I was worried most of this session that despite the great family photos and individual images of the kids, I hadn’t gotten a good portrait of the kids together. But lo and behold, when I pulled the images off my camera I found one shot that I quickly snapped while the family was getting ready, and the kids look great! Got to love pleasant surprises like that.
