What a cutie this little 9-month-old is! I just love her big bows and adorable outfits. Her mom came into the session wanting a specific shot that was a family tradition, and we managed to get that shot as well as many other cute smiles.

It was so fun to have this sweet little girl and her family back in my studio after over 4 years! I have attached one of her newborn portraits below–she’s grown up into quite an adorable little girls since I last saw her! This time she brought in her grandparents as well as her parents for an extended family session.

I have known this family for several years, but this was the first time I have had a chance to take their family portraits. Their daughter was so cute–she said she was inspired to smile by imagining cute puppies. The kids were having fun climbing trees, hanging on the train car, and even walking like Egyptians. I had to include a few of the fun pictures here at the end.

Every year I see her again this sweet little girl gets cuter and cuter. This was her 4th annual session, and this time we had fun exploring a new location, where she told us all about the dragons in the park.

This sweet baby girl was just a perfect model for us at our photoshoot–6 days old and sleepy, but not too sleepy that she didn’t open up her eyes for a few photos too. Seriously, is that not the cutest smile? I have been talking with her mom about our photoshoot for several months, so it was great to finally meet her!

I have had a great run of return newborn clients recently, and this week I got to see another family return with baby #2. I had the chance to photograph big sister when she was a baby, and now I got to work with her again with her baby brother. They looked picture-perfect in their adorable outfits.

I really enjoyed this session last week–big brother was full of huge smiles and fun ideas, and his baby brother had the best little head of newborn hair. It was great having another family return for a second round of newborn portraits with their second baby.

I’m so excited to announce that after 7 months of waiting I am finally in my new studio space! I was looking forward to have this family come for the first session in the studio, and we had such a great session. I first met them over 3 years ago when I did a maternity and newborn session for their older daughter. Now they were back with their new family of 4, and both girls were just angels to work with, and mom was so well prepared with all the great wardrobe choices. It was a great start for my new studio.

I worked with this family a few years ago and this time they have added two new family members: boy/girl twins! We discovered just how much these little guys love to snuggle up today. Big brother and big sister were great helpers during the session, and big sis even made it into some of the photos. Big brother wasn’t quite as keen on having his picture taken. ; )

Two years ago I photographed big sister in the most adorable pink tutu and knit hats. Now she has a new little sis, and more cute hats. It was fun doing the session at their home–I got to see the beautiful canvas prints from their last session hanging on their walls. I’m hoping that this may be my last session on the road before my new studio space is ready.
